1. Coal requirements for bidding purchase:

1. The particle size of the designed boiler coal entering the furnace is required to be 0-10mm, and the 50% cut particle size d=1.5mm, see the recommended range in the following table.

Remarks: 1. The above test items are related indicators of air drying base;

2. 3. Calculation formula of fixed carbon: FCad=100-(Mad+Aad+Vad);

4. The detection result of hydrogen is subject to the result issued by the industrial analyzer;

6. When the contractual value or the product standard (or specification) stipulated value is the numerical range, the upper limit value of ash and total sulfur is the judgment value of the coal batch result, and the lower limit of the calorific value is the judgment value of the batch coal result .

2. Requirements for participating in bidding:

1, qualification requirements

(1) A contractor registered in the People's Republic of China, with legal personality, and capable of undertaking this bidding project;

(2) Have a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system;

(3) Have the economic strength and professional technical ability necessary to perform the contract;
