1. Coal requirements for bidding purchase:

1. The particle size of the designed boiler coal entering the furnace is required to be 0-10mm, and the 50% cut particle size d=1.5mm, see the recommended range in the following table.

Remarks: 1. The above test items are related indicators of air drying base;

2. The allowable difference is the reported value-the inspection value (the inspection value is the coal quality index value obtained by the inspection unit from sampling, sample preparation and testing of the inspected batch of coal according to the national standard method. The report value is issued by the inspected unit The quality index value of the inspected batch of coal, including the measured value of the inspected unit or the agreed value of the trade contract, and the specified value of the product standard);

3, fixed carbon calculation formula: FCad=100-(Mad+Aad+Vad);

4. The detection result of hydrogen is subject to the result issued by the industrial analyzer;

5, calorific value 1MJ/KG≈238.9Kcal/Kg;

6. When the contractual value or the product standard (or specification) stipulated value is the numerical range, the upper limit value of ash and total sulfur is the judgment value of the coal batch result, and the lower limit of the calorific value is the judgment value of the batch coal result .

2. Requirements for participating in bidding:

1, qualification requirements

(1) A contractor registered in the People's Republic of China with legal personality and capable of undertaking this bidding project;

(2) Have a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system;

(3) Have the economic strength and professional technical ability necessary to perform the contract;

(4) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;

(5) During the three years before participating in this bidding activity, there was no bad record of violation of discipline or law in business activities;

(6) The bidder must have a coal business license.

2, performance requirements

In the past three years, we have undertaken more than two similar performances with a single contract of more than 10,000 tons.

3. Two or more unit principals or legal representatives are the same person, or there is a controlling and controlled relationship, or the bidder is controlled by the same unit, only one of the units can register.
